About IMA
Dr. S. Victor David was called and anointed by the Lord Jesus Christ to build the Kingdom of God. It pleased the Lord to use him as an evangelist, missionary, pastor, and teacher of the Word.
He was born on June 9, 1964, in Vijayawada, India. In his teenage years, he was touched by a divine vision and was called by the Lord to be a prophet unto the nations, in accordance with Jeremiah 1:5:
“Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations.”
Convicted by the Holy Spirit, he repented of his sins, surrendered his life to Christ, and sought the perfect will of God for his life. Trusting and obeying the Lord’s call, Dr. S. Victor David left everything behind and enrolled in a Bible college in Rajasthan, where he underwent three years of theological training.
During this time, he actively ministered among the poor and downtrodden—preaching the Gospel in streets, slums, prisons, and hospitals. He became a bold witness for Christ and was used by God as a passionate soul-winner and compassionate servant.
In 1990, Dr. Victor David, along with his beloved wife and co-founder Mrs. S. Santhi, began their ministry journey together. Fueled by the fire of the Gospel and love for the lost, they traveled thousands of kilometers across cities, villages, and remote areas—often by bicycle, motorcycle, and public transportation—to proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ.
Their calling extended beyond preaching. In 1997, Dr. Victor David founded a school that provided free education to hundreds of underprivileged children, continuing until 2013. His deep concern for the poor led him into humanitarian work, serving communities and meeting both spiritual and physical needs.
Dr. S. Victor David’s life is a living testimony of wholehearted obedience, sacrificial service, and unwavering faith. Through more than three decades of ministry, he has helped transform lives, raise disciples, and build the Kingdom of God—not only through words but through love in action.
